When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, planned around your event. Golden-hour photos in Mapesbury at midsummer come around 9:20pm, which helps us time evening food around your photos. In late May, sunset is about 8:55pm, and in late September about 7:05pm.
