Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in Murston

Evening food needs to be quick and filling, and tacos or loaded nachos from our truck or trailer fit the bill without stopping the dancing for long. It works well for day-after wedding get-togethers and marquee and garden weddings, with loaded nachos, evening tacos and quesadillas.

Weddings in a place like Murston often feel personal: a local church, then a marquee in a garden or field. A truck or trailer parked by the marquee fits right in. Tell us about access to the field or garden. You can book food, drinks or both, so the food and drinks can come from one caterer.

Your questions about wedding Mexican catering in Murston

Which station is closest to Murston?

The closest is Sittingbourne station, roughly 0.7 miles away.

Could you serve in Milton Creek Country Park?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we’ll send what they need from us.

What do you need at the venue?

A level, firm spot for the truck or trailer, with access wide and high enough to drive in, and the venue’s agreement. We confirm power and water with you for each booking.

Do you do evening food as well as the main meal?

Yes. We can do a taco bar for the main meal and tacos or nachos for the evening.

Are plates and napkins included?

We confirm that with your quote. Let us know what the venue supplies and we will talk it through.

Is the food suitable for children?

Yes, children are welcome. Let us know numbers and ages, and we will suggest mild options.

Do you take everything away?

We pack down and tidy our own area after service. For anything beyond that, such as guests’ tables, ask us.

Can guests build their own tacos?

Yes. A build-your-own taco bar can be served from the truck or a serving station, with fillings, salsas and toppings to choose from.

What we need at the venue

Many gardens, fields and venues can take a truck or trailer, but a few things matter:

  • A clear area in front of the hatch for a queue
  • A serving point within easy walk of the reception
  • A route in that is wide and tall enough, with soft ground checked in advance

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Read our guide to taco bars.

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.
