Wedding Mexican catering near Westminster

Can I do a taco night myself?

DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party serving. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.

If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: see how many tacos per person. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label anything containing allergens.

About our wedding Mexican catering in Westminster

Service is planned around your running order: after the drinks reception, between the speeches or once evening guests arrive. We go over timings with your venue beforehand. At sharing-style wedding meals and big weddings with every diet, we’ll put together a menu of loaded nachos, burrito bowls and tacos and more.

Couples in Westminster often marry locally and hold the reception at a venue nearby. A food truck needs a courtyard or forecourt it can reach, so check vehicle access with the venue early. Parking and loading in London need planning, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ. Everything is prepared fresh for your wedding and served from our truck or trailer.

Westminster: your questions answered

Could you serve in St James's Park?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.

Could you serve our guests after a service at Christ Church?

Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.

Can you cater for all our guests’ diets?

We can. We plan gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options, with corn tortillas for gluten-free guests, and we give allergen information for every dish.

How big an event can you cater?

Our truck and trailer service usually suits events of around 50 to 400 guests. Smaller parties are quoted case by case, and festivals can be larger. Tell us your numbers.

Do you need electricity?

That depends on the set-up, and we agree power and water with you before the day. Tell us what’s available at your venue.

Is the food suitable for children?

Yes, children are welcome. Let us know numbers and ages, and we’ll suggest mild options.

Can you liaise with the venue coordinator?

Yes, and it saves you passing messages. Introduce us and we will sort the details.

Do you provide plates and napkins?

We confirm that with your quote. Let us know what the venue supplies.

Step by step

Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. Golden-hour photos in Westminster at midsummer come around 9:20pm, which helps us time evening food around your photos. Sunset is around 8:50pm in late May and 7:05pm in late September.

  1. You send us your wedding date, venue, numbers and how you see the day.
  2. We plan the food with you: wedding breakfast, evening food or both.
  3. Timings and where the truck or trailer will stand are agreed with your venue.
  4. On the day we set up and serve when your running order says.
  5. We pack down after service and leave our area tidy.

Getting ready for the day

  • Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely
  • Share the running order, including any speeches
  • Confirm the venue allows outside caterers
