Comparing your options
A plated wedding breakfast needs a kitchen and a larger team. Our food truck or trailer brings its own kitchen, and the style is more relaxed. Larger events can cost less per head, since the set-up is much the same either way. Tell us your numbers for an accurate price.

Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in World's End
Our drinks bar can serve margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas, with alcohol-free choices for drivers and children. We will go through the licensing with you and your venue. For weddings with lots of dietary needs and garden and marquee weddings, we’ll put together a menu of quesadillas, fresh guacamole and salsas and evening tacos for your guests.
Couples in World's End often marry locally and hold the reception at a venue nearby. For a truck or trailer, the venue needs a courtyard, forecourt or car park we can drive into, so check vehicle access with the venue early. Parking and loading in London need planning, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ. You’ll know what’s included before you book: the menu, the service time and any extras you choose.

How the day works
The truck or trailer needs a level, firm spot with access to drive in, with power and water arrangements agreed beforehand. A photo of the space helps. Late-September weddings in World's End see the sun go down at about 7:05pm, so an evening taco service may start as the light fades. In late May it stays light until about 8:50pm.
- You send us your wedding date, venue, numbers and how you see the day.
- You get a suggested wedding menu and a quote to match.
- We agree access, timings, power and water with you and your venue.
- On the day, we set up and serve on cue, around speeches and photos.
- We pack down after service and leave our area tidy.
Getting ready for the day
- Share the running order, including any speeches
- Check the venue is happy to have a truck or trailer on site
- Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely

FAQs for World's End
Can you cater a reception after a service at St John's Church Centre?
Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. We’d serve at the reception venue rather than at the church itself. Send us the reception address.
Is parking a problem for events in World's End?
It can be tricky, so tell us about parking bays, permits or a driveway. Some streets may need a parking suspension from the council, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ.
Do you work with our venue?
Yes, it makes life easier. Put us in touch and we’ll agree the details.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn’t generally stop service from the truck or trailer. Plan cover for guests, such as a marquee or gazebo, and tell us if heavy rain could make the ground soft.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
It depends on the menu and how long service runs, but around 50 to 400 guests is the usual range. Tell us your numbers and we will advise.
What about power on site?
Let us know what’s available on site, such as a supply from the venue near where we will park, and we will confirm what we need with your quote.
Can you cater for vegans and gluten-free guests?
Diets are planned in advance and kept separate. Ask any guests with severe allergies to speak to us first.
Do you cater for vegetarian guests?
Yes, and we plan them in from the start. Let us know how many vegetarian and vegan guests to expect, and we’ll keep their options separate.
Planning for every diet
Mixed diets are straightforward to plan for, because guests can choose what suits them. A few tips:
- Ask about diets and allergies with your RSVPs
- Check your date with us early
- Think about a covered space for wet weather
- Put us in touch with your venue
We serve evening food when the running order says, often after the first dance.
Tell us if you need plates, cutlery or staff, and we will set it out in the quote.
Planning the serving area
If a space is not suitable, we will tell you. The main points are:
- Power and water arrangements, confirmed with each booking
- The venue’s or landowner’s permission for a catering vehicle
- Room for a queue in front of the serving hatch
In World's End, as everywhere in Greater London, the ULEZ applies and kerb space is limited. Where will the truck or trailer stop? A drive, a courtyard or a suspended bay can all work.
Not sure about your space? Send us a picture and we will tell you honestly.

What to look for in a quote
- How each diet is kept separate
- Payment terms and deposit
- Plates and napkins, or nothing at all
- How many staff are serving, and for how long
Should I do it myself?
Some hosts like to do it themselves. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.
DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party serving. With a caterer, you get the food and drinks without the work.
For event organisers in World's End
If your event is in a public space, such as a park, check what permission you need first. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.

Getting married in World's End?
World's End is about 2 miles south-east of Kensington, in Greater London. Whether your wedding is in the middle of World's End or on the outskirts, we offer the same service: a truck or trailer at your event, options for every diet and a clear price. We serve in 764 places in Greater London, from the larger towns to small villages, wherever the truck or trailer can get in.
Planning photos in William Parnell Park? It’s worth checking the park’s rules first. With a ceremony at a church such as St John's Church Centre, the simplest plan is a reception close by, so guests aren’t travelling far before they eat. We can set up while the photos are taken.
