About our Mexican catering in Denbigh
A build-your-own taco bar is one of the most sociable ways to feed a crowd. Everyone builds their own tacos from what’s laid out, so nobody ends up with something they don’t want. We serve loaded nachos, a build-your-own taco bar and fresh salsas and guacamole, which works well for christenings and family parties and weddings, day or evening.
Around Denbigh, events are often in gardens, fields, local halls or nearby venues. If access is tight or the ground is soft, we’ll plan around it. We prepare everything fresh for your event and serve it straight from our food truck or trailer.

Can I do a taco night myself?
You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.
DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party serving. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.
The process
When we arrive, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. Around midsummer it stays light in Denbigh until about 9:25pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:05pm, so summer evening service is normally in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 3:55pm, so winter events need lighting around the truck and the queue.
- Start by telling us about your event.
- We suggest fillings and extras and send a quote.
- Access, the serving spot, power and water are agreed in advance.
- We arrive, set up and serve from the hatch.
- We pack down after service and leave the area tidy.
Getting ready for the day
- Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely
- Confirm the venue allows outside caterers
- Give us your final numbers and diets

Each quote is tailored to your event. Give us your date and numbers, and we’ll confirm whether we’re available that day.

What we need at the venue
If a space isn’t suitable, we’ll tell you, and suggest an alternative. The main points are:
- Agreement from the venue to bring a food truck or trailer on site
- Access wide and high enough to drive in, with gates and soft lawns checked first
- A spot away from buildings, windows and neighbours
If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we’ll advise before you book.

FAQs for Denbigh
Could you serve in Waterhall Park?
Only with permission from whoever runs the park, often the council. Check with them, and we will provide what they ask for from us.
Which station should guests use for Denbigh?
Guests can use Bletchley station, about 0.8 miles south of Denbigh.
How big an event can you cater?
It depends on the menu and how long service runs, but around 50 to 400 guests is the usual range. Tell us your numbers and we’ll advise.
Do you clear up afterwards?
We clear our own area when service is finished. For anything beyond that, such as guests’ tables, ask us.
What do you serve?
Every menu is agreed with you. Fillings could include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. See our menu for ideas.
Can you cater for special diets?
Yes. There are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, and corn tortillas suit gluten-free guests. Allergen information is available for every dish.
Do you do a drinks bar?
Yes. Our Mexican drinks bar serves margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Licensing is checked with you first.
Can you plan for allergies?
Yes, and it helps to hear about allergies when you book. UK law requires caterers to provide information on 14 allergens, and we do that for every dish (Food Standards Agency guidance). For severe allergies, please talk to us first.
Planners, venues and businesses
Events in public spaces, like parks, typically need permission. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.
Many venues have rules for outside caterers: where vehicles can park, access times and the paperwork they need. Send us your venue’s requirements and we will follow them.
Who books Mexican catering in Denbigh?
The truck or trailer becomes a focal point, and people drift over as soon as service starts.
If you are planning any of these, we can help:
- Markets and community events
- School fairs and fundraisers
- Anniversaries and engagements
- Family gatherings and christenings
Thinking of an event in Waterhall Park? Public parks usually need the landowner’s permission for a food truck, so check first.

Diets, allergies and planning
Most events have a mix of diets. To cater well for them:
- Tell us about coeliac guests, not just gluten-free preferences
- Think about cover for guests in wet weather
- Let us know about any other food at the event
- Collect dietary needs when guests reply
We arrive early enough to set up calmly. Someone from the venue just needs to point us to the agreed spot.
A tray of loaded nachos works well to start or as a late snack.
