Mexican catering in Great Hollands
Catering for every guest
With a little notice, most diets are easy. Our advice:
- Send allergy details to us in writing
- Mention any other caterers or courses
- Flag anyone with coeliac disease
- Guests with serious allergies should speak to us in advance
We can still serve from the hatch if it rains, but guests will need somewhere covered to eat.
Tell us if you need plates, cutlery or serving staff and we’ll confirm what’s possible with your quote.
Mexican catering in Great Hollands, served fresh
Every menu is agreed with you, so fillings might include slow-cooked pork carnitas, chicken tinga or beef birria, alongside vegan choices such as black beans or spiced mushrooms. For engagement and anniversary parties and leaving dos and retirement parties, we’ll put together a menu of loaded nachos, fresh salsas and guacamole and quesadillas for your guests.
For a place the size of Great Hollands, your own garden or drive is often the best venue: no venue hire, and nobody stuck in the kitchen. Let us know about the route to the house. Access, space and power are agreed with you beforehand, so set-up goes smoothly.

Your questions about Mexican catering in Great Hollands
How far is Great Hollands from central London?
About 30 miles from central London, and we cover it.
We are having a ceremony at St Michael and St Mary Magdalene's Church: can you cater afterwards?
Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. Service would be at the reception venue, not the church. Tell us where the reception will be.
Is the food made fresh?
We slow-cook fillings ahead, then finish them and keep them hot at your event. Tortillas are warmed on site, and salsas and guacamole are made fresh.
Do you need electricity?
That depends on the set-up, and we agree power and water with you before the day. Let us know whether there is a supply near where we’ll park.
Do you provide allergen information for each dish?
Our menus are planned with allergies in mind, nut allergies included, with allergen information for every dish. We keep options separate, but we cannot promise anything is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the event.
Do you take everything away?
We pack down and leave our area tidy. Let us know the venue’s rules on waste and we will talk it through.
When should we book?
Early, particularly for summer Saturdays. Even if it’s short notice, it is worth asking.
Can you keep it mild?
It is up to you: we can keep it mild and put the hotter salsas on the side. Read more about how spicy Mexican food is.
What Mexican catering costs
Pricing is straightforward once we know the basics:
- Guest numbers
- The length of service
- Food, drinks or both
- Serving staff
The price depends on guest numbers, the menu and how long you’d like us to serve, plus any add-ons and the location. We quote for each event individually.

- Roughly how many adults and children
- What power and water the site has
Getting a quote is simple: tell us the date, place, numbers and any dietary needs. We’ll come back with a clear quote and a suggested menu.

Planning help
Mexican catering or something else?
Compared with a hog roast or barbecue, tacos make vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests easier to cater for, thanks to separate fillings and toppings. If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.
