Mexican catering in Huntercombe, from our truck or trailer

Every menu is agreed with you, so fillings might include slow-cooked pork carnitas, chicken tinga or beef birria, alongside vegan choices such as black beans or spiced mushrooms. For leaving dos and retirement parties and family gatherings and christenings, we’ll put together a menu of a build-your-own taco bar, loaded nachos and tacos.

For a place the size of Huntercombe, your own garden or drive is often the best venue: no venue hire, and nobody stuck in the kitchen. Tell us about access down the lane or drive. We arrive ready to serve, and clear our own area when service is finished.

Your questions about Mexican catering in Huntercombe

We’re having a ceremony at St. Andrew's Shared Church: can you cater afterwards?

Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.

Could you serve in Haymill Valley?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.

What if the weather’s bad?

We can keep serving from the truck or trailer in the rain, but guests need somewhere covered to eat and drink, such as a marquee, gazebo or nearby building.

Are plates and napkins included?

That’s confirmed with each quote. Let us know what the venue supplies.

Do you come to Huntercombe?

We do. Huntercombe is one of the places we cover. Send us your date to check availability.

How much does Mexican catering cost?

Every event is quoted for individually, based on guest numbers, the menu, the venue and timings. For a price, use our quote form.

Which areas do you serve?

We cover London and the South East, including Slough. See all areas.

What food do you serve?

We agree the menu with each client, with fillings such as chicken tinga, carnitas or black beans. The sample menu shows the options.

Should I do it myself?

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

Why choose Mexican catering in Huntercombe?

With a barbecue, someone normally ends up stuck at the grill. Book us and the cooking happens in our food truck or trailer. Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu that fits. Even a simple menu can feel generous.

Why book with us

Quesadillas are simple and comforting.

Warm tortillas with a choice of fillings, topped with salsa and fresh toppings. Fillings are agreed with you, such as carnitas, chicken tinga or spiced mushrooms.

Step by step

Guests tend to gather around the truck, so we will help you choose a spot with room for a queue. We can serve in the rain, though guests will want somewhere covered to stand or sit. Around midsummer it stays light in Huntercombe until about 9:25pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:05pm, so summer evening events are normally served in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 3:55pm, so winter events need lighting around the truck and the queue.

  1. First, send us a few details about your event.
  2. We suggest fillings and extras and send a quote.
  3. We agree access, the serving spot, power and water.
  4. We arrive, set up and serve from the hatch.
  5. Once service ends, we clear away.

Preparing for the day

  • Ask the venue about power and water
  • Give us your final numbers and diets
  • Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain

Planners, venues and businesses

Throwing a party at home? Send us a picture of the space and tell us about the drive and gates, and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

Planning an event for a club, school or charity in Huntercombe? A truck or trailer serves a crowd quickly, with options for most diets. Give us the details and we will suggest a plan.

Catering for every guest

A little planning makes sure everyone can eat. Try these:

  • Tell us about coeliac guests, not just gluten-free preferences
  • Guests with serious allergies should speak to us in advance
  • Tell us what other food is being served
  • Collect dietary needs when guests reply

Guests order at the hatch and we serve them there and then, so it is hot when it reaches them.

A tray of loaded nachos works well to start or as a late snack.
