Mexican catering in Mud Row, from our food truck or trailer
Our truck and trailer service tends to suit around 50 to 400 guests. Festivals can be bigger, and smaller parties are quoted case by case, so tell us your numbers. For weddings, day or evening and markets and community events, we’ll put together a menu of loaded nachos, burrito bowls and fresh salsas and guacamole and more.
In a hamlet or village like Mud Row, your own garden or a neighbour’s field can make a good venue. Gates, verges and soft ground are worth mentioning when you enquire. Your quote sets out what’s included: menu, timings and any add-ons.
The process
Expect a friendly, organised team. Arrival and serving times are agreed beforehand, set up our food truck or trailer, and get on with serving. Around midsummer it stays light in Mud Row until about 9:15pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:00pm, so summer evening events are usually served in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 3:50pm, so winter events need lighting around the truck and the queue.

FAQs for Mud Row
Can you cater a reception after a service at Church of All Saints?
Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.
Will you travel to a small place like Mud Row?
Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.
What are your prices?
Every event is quoted for individually, depending on numbers, menu, venue and timings. Contact us for a quote.
Do you need power and water?
Tell us what the site has, for example a supply from the venue, and we’ll confirm what we need with your quote.
Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?
Yes, a taco bar is one of our options. Let us know your numbers and space and we’ll recommend how to serve.
Do you do a drinks bar?
You can add our drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. We’ll go through the licensing with you before the day.
Do you serve in the rain?
The truck or trailer serves in the rain, though guests need a covered place to eat.
Do you do parties at home?
Yes, as long as there is access and a level, firm spot. Tell us about the drive, gates and any slopes.

Should I do it myself?
A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it’s more work than it looks. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.
Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.
