Mexican catering in Taplow
How our Mexican catering works in Taplow
Mexican street food makes mixed diets simple. There are vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options, and corn tortillas suit gluten-free guests, and allergen information is available for every dish. At weddings, day or evening and festivals, fairs and markets, we’ll put together a menu of loaded nachos, burritos and quesadillas for your guests.
Somewhere as small as Taplow, a garden or field is often the venue. Tell us about narrow lanes, gates and long drives and we will plan for them, and soft ground after rain is worth mentioning. We prepare everything fresh for your event and serve it straight from our truck or trailer, so guests get it at its best.

How the day works
The truck or trailer tends to draw a crowd, so we will help you choose a spot with room for a queue. Rain does not normally stop us serving, though guests will want somewhere covered to stand or sit. From late May to late September, sunset in Taplow moves from about 8:55pm to 7:05pm. If your event carries on later, tell us what lighting the venue has.
- You tell us the date, the venue, rough guest numbers and any dietary needs.
- You get a suggested menu, with fillings agreed with you, and a quote.
- Together we confirm where the truck or trailer will park, plus power and water.
- We arrive, set up and cook to order, with salsas and guacamole made fresh.
- When service ends, we pack down and clear our area.

How it compares
Next to a hog roast or a barbecue, tacos make vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests easier to cater for, because fillings and toppings are kept separate. Extras, such as more dishes, extra drinks or a longer service, are quoted on request, so you can choose what you need.
