The process
The truck or trailer needs a level, firm spot with access to drive in, with power and water arrangements agreed beforehand. Send us a photo of the space if you’re unsure. Evenings in Viables stay light until about 9:25pm in June, but by late September sunset is around 7:10pm. For anything running past sunset, think about lights near the hatch.
- First, send us a few details about your event.
- We suggest fillings and extras and send a quote.
- Access, the serving spot, power and water are agreed in advance.
- On the day we park up, set up and serve hot food to order.
- Once service ends, we clear away.
