When service finishes, we pack up and leave our area tidy. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. In December, the light goes in Poyle at about 3:55pm, so an outdoor bar needs lighting from the start. Midsummer is the opposite, with daylight until about 9:20pm.
