The same guest numbers can mean different prices, depending on:

  • How many staff you need
  • How many guests we are serving
  • Travel, parking and access
  • The length of service

Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu that fits. A simple menu can still feel generous.

It’s ideal for warm evenings.

These are some of the occasions we serve:

  • Client events and launches
  • Winter celebrations
  • Mexican-themed parties
  • Birthday parties

Historic buildings near Warningcamp often have strict rules for outside caterers, so ask early if that’s your venue.

  • The caterer’s food hygiene rating
  • How each diet is kept separate
  • The deadline for final numbers
  • How bad weather is handled

Choosing a Mexican caterer

DIY taco night versus a caterer

For a small group, a taco night at home can work well. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles allergen information for you.

You can set up your own drinks table, but someone has to serve all evening. See our margarita bar guide.

Planning the bar

Some planning tips for the drinks:

  • Serve food alongside the drinks
  • Have plenty of water available
  • Share bar opening times
  • Ask guests about allergies

Bar staff serve for the agreed times, and keep the bar tidy.

Pair the bar with tacos, burritos and nachos.

Your questions about Mexican bar hire in Warningcamp

How far is Warningcamp from London?

About 48 miles from central London, and we cover it.

Could you come to a seaside event near Warningcamp?

Yes, with permission for the spot and firm ground for the truck or trailer. Seafront and beach spots typically need permission, and wind is the main thing to plan for.

Do we need a licence for the bar?

Alcohol at an event needs the venue’s premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice. We talk licensing through with you before the day. See GOV.UK for Temporary Event Notices.

Do you follow the rules on serving alcohol?

Yes. No alcohol is served to under-18s, and anyone who has had too much won’t be served more.

How spicy is the food?

The food can be kept mild, with hotter salsas on the side for anyone who wants more heat.

Can you do dairy-free food?

We can. Dairy-free options are part of our menus.

Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?

Yes. A build-your-own taco bar can be served from the truck or a serving station, with fillings, salsas, guacamole and toppings. Read our taco bar guide.

Will someone run the bar?

Yes, our bar staff serve your guests. They serve responsibly.

How the day works

On the day, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. Service starts at the time we have agreed, so everything runs to your schedule. Winter receptions in Warningcamp are dark by about 4:00pm in December, so an outdoor bar needs lighting from the start. At midsummer, by contrast, sunset is around 9:20pm.

  1. Tell us your date, venue and numbers.
  2. We go through the licensing with you.
  3. We agree a drinks menu.
  4. Our bar staff serve your guests at the agreed times.
  5. We pack down when the bar closes.
