Few things get guests chatting like a build-your-own taco bar. Guests fill their own tortillas from the fillings, salsas and toppings, so nobody ends up with something they do not want. It works well for charity and school events and leaving dos and retirement parties, serving quesadillas, burritos and fresh salsas and guacamole.
