How it works

We arrive in good time before service, then set up and prepare everything. Guests come up to order when service opens. Golden-hour photos in Churchill at midsummer come around 9:30pm, which helps us time evening food around your photos. In late May, sunset is about 9:00pm, and in late September about 7:10pm.

  1. We start with your date, venue, guest numbers and ideas for the day.
  2. Together we choose a taco bar, evening food or both, and we send a quote.
  3. We confirm access, the serving spot and the running order with the venue.
  4. On the day we set up and serve when your running order says.
  5. Once service is done, we pack away quietly.

Preparing for the day

  • Ask the venue about power and water
  • Let us know who to talk to on the day
  • Send us final numbers and dietary needs in good time

Wedding Mexican catering or something else?

A taco bar is less formal than a plated meal, but with good presentation it still feels special. Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the length of service, plus any add-ons and the location. Every event gets its own quote.

Your questions about wedding Mexican catering in Churchill

How far is Churchill from central London?

Roughly 70 miles from the centre of London.

Do you cater in villages like Churchill?

Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.

Can you cater in a back garden?

Yes, as long as there’s access and a level, firm spot. Tell us about the drive, gates and any slopes.

Do you work with our venue?

Yes. We’ll speak to your venue about access and timings.

Do you do margaritas?

Yes, we offer a Mexican drinks bar, serving margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas such as hibiscus and horchata, and soft drinks. Alcohol at an event may need a licence, such as a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice, so we will talk licensing through with you.

How soon do we need to book?

The sooner the better. Popular dates go first, so it pays to ask early.

What about power on site?

Let us know what’s available on site, such as a supply from the venue near where we will park, and we will confirm the arrangements with your quote.

What if our speeches run late?

It happens at most weddings. Service starts when your running order says, even if that moves.

Should I do it myself?

A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it is more work than it looks. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.

You can set up your own drinks table, but someone has to serve all evening. Our margarita bar guide has tips.

  • Served from our truck or trailer at your venue, garden or event
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with allergen information
  • Tacos and taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas
  • Mexican drinks bar: margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas
