Space, access and the venue

Plenty of outdoor spaces and venues work for us, but a few things matter:

  • Permission from the venue or landowner
  • Some distance from houses and neighbours
  • Clear vehicle access: gate widths, height limits and the ground checked before the day

East Ham is in London, inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, which covers all of Greater London, and parking can be tight: tell us about parking bays, permits, a driveway or whether a parking suspension is needed.

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise.
