Why choose wedding Mexican catering in Fernham?

Evening food is often pizza or bacon rolls. Tacos and loaded nachos feel a bit more special, and they’re just as easy to eat. Catering from a truck or trailer can be a practical alternative to a sit-down meal, as there’s no kitchen to hire. Contact us for a quote to compare.

The process

Here’s how the day normally runs: we park up and get ready, we open the hatch when you’re ready, and we serve your guests fresh for the agreed time. For a summer wedding in Fernham, the sun sets at about 9:30pm in late June and about 7:10pm in late September, so evening tacos are generally served in daylight in high summer. Later in the year, plan lighting: in December it is dark by about 4:00pm.

  1. Send us your wedding date, venue and numbers.
  2. Together we plan the food for your day.
  3. Timings are agreed with your venue.
  4. We serve at the agreed points in the day.
  5. We pack down and leave our area tidy.

Preparing for the day

  • Confirm the venue allows outside caterers
  • Tell us when you want service to start
  • Give us a contact for the day

Should I do it myself?

Some hosts like to do it themselves. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.

Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.

  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with allergen information
