For big numbers, we plan service to keep queues short, so guests are looked after quickly. Tell us how long you have for food and drinks.

Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: vehicle access, arrival times and documents. Tell us what your venue needs and we’ll work to it.

Comparing your options

A single pizza or burger stall can’t cover every visitor. Our menu gives visitors choice from one pitch. Extra dishes, drinks and longer service are priced on request, so you choose what goes in.

The process

We arrive in good time before service, set up the truck or trailer and get everything ready. When service opens, guests come up to the hatch or serving table. At midsummer, events in Fernham stay light until about 9:30pm, so evening trading normally finishes in daylight in high summer. Winter markets, dark by about 4:00pm, need a well-lit pitch.

  1. Tell us about the event, the crowd and the pitch.
  2. We reply with our stall menu and what we need on site.
  3. Power, water and access are agreed in advance.
  4. On the day, we’re ready before the busiest hours.
  5. At close, we pack down and tidy up.

Before we arrive

  • Have level hardstanding or firm ground ready
  • Name one person we can ask on the day
  • Get the venue’s permission for us to park and serve

How we price Mexican street food

These are the factors that matter most:

  • The menu you choose
  • What the venue already provides
  • Parking and the route in
  • Timings and hours

Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the length of service, plus any add-ons and the location. We quote for each event individually.

Details that help

You don’t need every detail fixed to get a quote, but these help:

  • What power and water the site has
  • Where the event is
  • Your menu ideas
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers

Still deciding on the menu? That’s fine: give us the basics about your event, and we will suggest a menu. When you’re ready, send us your details through our quote form.

Planning for every diet

We take diets and allergies seriously. Here’s how you can help:

  • Check how traders handle peak times
  • Tell traders about power and water before the day
  • Share vehicle access times with traders
  • Book crew catering in advance

Allergen information is available at the hatch, and the menu shows vegan and gluten-free options.
