Wedding Mexican catering near Osidge

Wedding Mexican catering in Osidge, from our truck or trailer

We time service around your day: whether that is straight after the photos or later in the evening. We go over timings with your venue beforehand. It works well for weddings in a marquee or garden and weddings with lots of dietary needs, serving tacos, quesadillas and fresh guacamole and salsas.

For a wedding in Osidge, a taco bar for the wedding breakfast or tacos as evening food can both work. Narrow streets mean we plan the arrival carefully, and a parking suspension may be needed at some venues. We prepare everything fresh for your wedding and serve it straight from our food truck or trailer, so guests get it at its best.

How we price wedding Mexican catering

The price comes down to a few factors:

  • Your choice of food and drinks
  • How many guests we are serving
  • What the venue already provides
  • Food, drinks or both

The price depends on guest numbers, the menu and how long you’d like us to serve, plus any add-ons and the location. We quote for each event individually.

What we need to know

To check availability and price, we need:

  • Your date and when you want service to start
  • Diets and allergies you know about
  • A picture of the space, if it is a garden or field
  • How we drive in and where we can park

Not sure what you need yet? That is fine: give us the basics about your wedding, and we will make suggestions. To start, send us your details through our quote form.

Organising for someone else?

Hosting a party at home? Send a photo of the space and tell us about access, and we will let you know if it is a good fit.

If you’re organising for someone else, whether you are a planner, an office manager or an event organiser, we will work directly with you and the venue. It keeps things simple.

Can I do a taco night myself?

For a small group, a taco night at home can work well. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, and handles allergen information for you.

If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: see how many tacos per person. Keep tortillas warm in a covered basket, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

Choosing a Mexican caterer

A taco bar is less formal than a plated meal, but with good presentation it still feels special. Pricing depends on the event. A simple party menu and a full wedding day are very different jobs. Contact us for a quote.

Questions from Osidge

Which station is closest to Osidge?

Guests can use Oakleigh Park station, about 1 mile west of Osidge.

Where would you park in Osidge?

That depends on the street. A drive, a courtyard or a bay suspended by the council can all work, so tell us what’s outside your venue. The ULEZ covers all of Greater London.

Is the food very hot?

That is your choice: we can keep it mild and put the hotter salsas on the side.

Can a taco bar feel special?

It can be dressed up or kept relaxed, depending on the presentation and the venue.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Of course. We can include vegetarian and vegan fillings like black beans or spiced mushrooms.

Is the food suitable for children?

Yes. Mild dishes, quesadillas and nachos can be part of the menu. Tell us how many children are coming.

What if the photos overrun?

It happens at most weddings. Food is served to order, so we can start when you’re ready, even if that moves.

What happens if it rains?

We can serve from the hatch in the rain. Plan cover for guests, such as a marquee or gazebo, and let us know if the ground gets soft after heavy rain.

The process

When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. Service starts at the time we have agreed, planned around your event. At midsummer, sunset in Osidge is about 9:20pm, so we can time the evening food around your photos. In late May, sunset is about 8:55pm, and in late September about 7:05pm.

  1. You send us your wedding date, venue, numbers and how you see the day.
  2. We plan the food with you: wedding breakfast, evening food or both.
  3. We confirm access, the serving spot and the running order with the venue.
  4. On the day we set up and serve when your running order says.
  5. We pack down after service and leave our area tidy.

How to prepare
