The process
Your timings come first. If speeches run late or the photos take longer, tell us and we’ll adjust the start of service where we can. In The Hyde, midsummer sunset is about 9:20pm, and by late September it is nearer 7:05pm, so evening tacos are normally served in daylight in high summer. Later in the year, plan lighting: in December it’s dark by about 3:55pm.

Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.
