A typical event goes like this: we arrive and set up, service opens at the agreed time, and we serve your guests fresh for the agreed time. A December event in The Hyde will be in the dark from about 3:55pm, so choose a spot where guests can see what they’re ordering. At midsummer, the light holds until around 9:20pm.
