Wedding Mexican catering near Three Mills
How our wedding Mexican catering works in Three Mills
Our drinks bar can serve margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas, with alcohol-free choices for drivers and children. We will check the licensing with you and your venue. For informal wedding breakfasts and receptions after an intimate ceremony, we’ll put together a menu of tacos, loaded nachos and burrito bowls for your guests.
London weddings around Three Mills often mean a ceremony at a church or register office, then a reception at a hired venue. A food truck needs a courtyard or forecourt it can reach, so ask your venue about vehicle access and loading early. All of Greater London is inside the ULEZ, and parking needs planning. Your quote sets out what’s included: the menu, the service time and any extras you choose.

Space, access and the venue
No two venues are the same, so we will ask about yours before we confirm. In general, we need:
- A route in that is wide and tall enough, with soft ground checked in advance
- A serving spot close to the marquee or reception area
- A flat, firm spot where the truck or trailer can stand
London streets around Three Mills can be narrow and busy, and all of Greater London sits inside the ULEZ. Tell us about loading, permits and any parking suspension when you enquire.
Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we’ll tell you honestly before booking.

Diets, allergies and planning
With a little notice, most diets are easy. Our advice:

We have allergen details for every dish, and dishes are labelled at the serving point.
Extra salsas and toppings make the taco bar look generous.
Questions from Three Mills
Where would you park in Three Mills?
London parking needs planning: let us know about permits or off-street space. A parking suspension may be needed, and the whole of Greater London is inside the ULEZ.
Could you serve our guests after a service at St Mary's Church?
Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.
Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?
Yes, a taco bar is one of the ways we serve. Tell us about your space and numbers and we’ll recommend how to serve.
Do you work with our venue?
Yes. We are happy to talk to your venue about access, timings, power and water.
Is a taco bar smart enough for a wedding?
It can be dressed up or kept relaxed, depending on how it’s served.
Do you provide plates and napkins?
Ask us when you enquire. Tell us what your venue provides, and we will confirm what’s included with your quote.
How is the food prepared?
We cook to order in our food truck or trailer kitchen, or serve from a taco bar. Slow-cooked fillings are prepared in advance and kept hot on site.
Can we add margaritas?
You can add our drinks bar, with bar staff serving your guests. Your venue’s licence or a Temporary Event Notice will be needed for alcohol, and we will check that with you.
How the day works
Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. In Three Mills, midsummer sunset is about 9:20pm, and by late September it is nearer 7:05pm, so evening tacos are typically served in daylight in high summer. For autumn and winter weddings, when it’s dark by about 3:55pm in December, plan lighting around the truck or trailer.
- First, we check availability for your date.
- You choose the fillings, sides and extras.
- We confirm access and the serving spot with your coordinator.
- Food is served from the taco bar or the hatch.
- After serving, we clear away.
Getting ready for the day
