Corporate Mexican catering for Eastfields events

Corporate Mexican catering in Eastfields, from our truck or trailer

Service is planned around your schedule, so a team can be fed within a lunch break. Tell us how long people have. At training days and office lunches, we can serve tacos, nachos to share and quesadillas and more.

Around Eastfields, office events tend to use courtyards, forecourts and car parks. Facilities teams normally need to approve a food truck, and loading needs planning, as all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ and street parking is limited. We serve from the hatch of our truck or trailer, or from a serving station, and we plan the service around your numbers.

Working with your venue

Planners and coordinators can contact us directly, and we will keep everyone informed on the day.

Hosting a party at home? Send us a picture of the space and tell us about the drive and gates, and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

Should I do it myself?

If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it’s more work than it looks. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.

Planning for every diet

Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Here’s how:

  • Let us know how long people have to eat
  • Ensure there are alcohol-free drinks
  • Ask staff about diets in advance
  • Book a parking space or loading bay for the truck or trailer

We keep our serving area tidy and contained.

How it works

We get there well before you want to serve, then set up and prepare everything. When service opens, guests come up to the hatch or serving table. In late May, sunset in Eastfields is around 8:50pm, and by late September it’s about 7:05pm. That helps when you are choosing a start time.

  1. Tell us the date, the site, numbers, timings and diets.
  2. You get a suggested menu, a quote and the paperwork your venue asks for.
  3. We arrange arrival times and access with your facilities team.
  4. On the day, food is served from the truck, the trailer or a taco-bar station to your timings.
  5. We clear away as soon as service ends.

Preparing for the day

  • Share the running order, including any speeches
  • Find out what power and water are available
  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer

What corporate Mexican catering costs

Every event is priced individually, based on a few main things:

  • How many staff you need
  • Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
  • Guest numbers
  • Travel, parking and access

Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the length of service, along with extras and where your event is. Every event gets its own quote.

Details that help

We can quote more accurately with a few details. Here’s what to include:

  • The date and rough timings
  • How we drive in and where we can park
  • Where the event is
  • Approximate guest numbers, including children

Still deciding on the menu? That’s fine: give us the basics about your work event, and we’ll make suggestions. When you are ready, fill in our quote form.

Eastfields questions

Can you bring your truck or trailer to Figge's Marsh?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.

Where would you park in Eastfields?

It can be tricky, so tell us about parking bays, permits or a driveway. Some streets may need a parking suspension from the council, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ.

When do you arrive?

We get there well before service to set up. The length of service is agreed when you book, along with pack-down.

Can you cater for guests who avoid dairy?

Yes. Dairy-free options are part of our menus, and we will tell you which dishes contain milk.

Is the food very hot?

We can keep it mild, with hotter salsas on the side for anyone who wants more heat.

Do you cater for coeliacs?

Yes, we offer gluten-free options, using corn tortillas. Let us know about coeliac guests in advance so we can explain how we prepare their food. See are corn tortillas gluten-free?

Do you do Christmas parties?

We can, in any season, as long as guests have somewhere warm and covered to eat.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Yes, and we plan them in from the start. Let us know how many vegetarian and vegan guests to expect, and we’ll keep their options separate.

Before you choose a spot

We serve from a truck or trailer, so where we park matters. These are the things we check:

  • A clear area in front of the hatch for a queue
  • Approval from your facilities team or building manager
  • Power and water arrangements, confirmed with each booking

London streets around Eastfields can be narrow and busy, and all of Greater London sits inside the ULEZ. Tell us about loading, permits and any parking suspension when you enquire.

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise before booking.
