Corporate Mexican catering in Motspur Park, from our food truck or trailer

Burrito bowls and tacos make a quick, hot office lunch, and a build-your-own taco bar suits longer breaks. It suits staff appreciation days and end-of-year celebrations, with quesadillas, burrito bowls and a build-your-own taco bar.

For offices in and around Motspur Park, the usual spot is a courtyard, forecourt or car park, if the building allows a vehicle on site. Get facilities’ approval and plan loading early. Timings are planned around your event, whether that’s speeches, a lunch break or a festival schedule.

Motspur Park: your questions answered

What about parking in Motspur Park?

It can be tricky, so tell us about parking bays, permits or a driveway. Some streets may need a parking suspension from the council, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ.

Can you bring your truck or trailer to Beverley Park?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we’ll send what they need from us.

Can you run a bar?

Yes, we offer a Mexican drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Alcohol at an event may need a licence, such as a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice, so we’ll go through the licensing with you.

Do you provide allergen information for each dish?

Yes, and it helps to hear about allergies when you book. UK law requires caterers to provide information on 14 allergens, and we do that for every dish (Food Standards Agency guidance). For severe allergies, please talk to us first.

Do you provide plates and napkins?

That is confirmed with each quote. Let us know what the venue supplies.

Do you do a taco bar?

Yes. A build-your-own taco bar can be served from the truck or a serving station, with fillings, salsas and toppings to choose from. Read our taco bar guide.

Can you add drinks to a staff party?

You can add margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas. We’ll go through the licensing with you before the day.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Yes, they’re part of the planning from the start. Tell us your numbers when you ask for a quote.

Should I do it myself?

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.

Some hosts like to do it themselves. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.

Planning the serving area

Everything is served from our food truck or trailer, so the spot needs a little planning. Here’s what we look for:

  • A clear area in front of the hatch for a queue
  • Hardstanding or firm, level ground to park on
  • Access wide and high enough to drive in, with gates and soft lawns checked first

In Motspur Park, as everywhere in Greater London, the ULEZ applies and kerb space is limited. Where will the truck or trailer stop? A drive, a courtyard or a suspended bay can all work.

If you’re unsure, send a picture of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think before booking.

How the day works

When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. A lunchtime team event in Motspur Park has daylight all year, even in December when sunset is about 3:55pm. For an evening event later in the year, ask facilities about lighting the car park or courtyard.

  1. First, we check the date and the site.
  2. You pick tacos, bowls, a taco bar or a mix.
  3. We send the paperwork your venue asks for.
  4. Staff order at the hatch or the taco bar.
  5. We serve, then clear away.

What corporate Mexican catering costs

Each event is quoted on its own, based on a few main things:

  • Travel, parking and access
  • Guest numbers
  • The length of service
  • Whether you need disposables

Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu that fits. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Details that help

You don’t need every detail fixed to get a quote, but it helps to know:

  • Your date and when you want service to start
  • Where the event is
  • Gate widths, slopes and the ground
  • Diets and allergies you know about

Still deciding on the menu? That is fine: tell us about the occasion and the guests, and we will suggest a menu. To start, drop us a line using the enquiry form.
