Food truck hire in Whitegrove, from our truck or trailer

Our truck or trailer is available to hire for events across Whitegrove and nearby: gardens, venue grounds, car parks and business parks. At engagements and anniversaries and family celebrations, we will put together a menu of loaded nachos, burritos and fresh salsas and guacamole and more.

In and around Whitegrove, our truck or trailer can work at home, in a field or at a hall. If the road in is narrow or the ground soft, tell us so we can plan. Every guest is catered for, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free included, with allergen information for everything we serve.

How we price food truck hire

We quote for your event, which reflects:

  • Staff for serving and the bar
  • The number of people
  • Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
  • Timings and hours

Access and travel can make a difference to the cost, so it helps to tell us about your venue. Your quote confirms the full price.

What to tell us

To check availability and price, we need:

  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers
  • How we drive in and where we can park
  • The address or venue name
  • Roughly how many adults and children

The more you tell us, the more accurate the quote: venue, timings, menu ideas and access. When you’re ready, drop us a line using the enquiry form.

What’s on the menu

Burrito bowls

Rice, beans, a filling and toppings in a bowl.

Loaded nachos

Crisp chips loaded with toppings, salsa and guacamole.

Is food truck hire right for your event?

A DIY barbecue keeps a host at the grill. With a hired truck, we do the cooking. What’s on the menu makes a difference to the total, so share your ideas with us. We’ll suggest options to suit your budget.

Why book with us

  • A truck or trailer that comes to you
  • Service planned around your numbers
  • Catering across Bracknell Forest, including Whitegrove
  • A menu built around your guests

Read our pricing or the cost guide.

Should I do it myself?

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: see how many tacos per person. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

Some hosts like to do it themselves. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.

Before you choose a spot

We will agree the spot with you before the day. It needs to meet a few simple requirements:

  • Space in front of the hatch for guests to queue
  • A way in wide and high enough for the vehicle
  • The venue’s or landowner’s permission for a food truck

Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly.

FAQs for Whitegrove

Which station is closest to Whitegrove?

Guests can use Bracknell station, about 1.3 miles south-west of Whitegrove.

Can you cater a reception after a service at Holy Trinity Church?

Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.

What happens if it rains?

We can keep serving from the truck or trailer in the rain, but your guests will want somewhere covered, like a marquee or gazebo.

Do you provide plates and napkins?

That’s confirmed with each quote. Let us know what the venue supplies and we will talk it through.

Is private hire the same as trading at a festival?

Private hire means we serve only your guests, on a menu and timings agreed with you. Festival and market trading is open to the public.

Is the food very hot?

We can keep it mild, and hotter salsas go on the side for guests who like heat.

Where can the truck park?

Level, firm ground or hardstanding, access wide and high enough to drive in, and the venue’s permission. Power and water are confirmed with each booking.

Do you have dairy-free options?

We can. Dairy-free options are part of our menus.

For event organisers in Whitegrove

If your event is in a public space, such as a park, check what permission you need first. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.

For larger events, we plan serving points around your timings, so guests are looked after quickly. Let us know how long the break is.

How it works

Your timings come first. If speeches run late or the photos take longer, tell us and we will adjust the start of service where we can. Late-September events in Whitegrove see sunset at about 7:05pm, so evening service from the truck may run past dusk. In late May, daylight lasts until about 8:55pm.

  1. Share your plans for the event.
  2. Together we plan dishes that cover your guests’ diets.
  3. We check power, water and timings with the venue.
  4. The truck serves at the agreed times.
  5. Once service ends, we tidy up and go.

Before we arrive

  • Check the venue is happy to have a truck or trailer on site
  • Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain
  • Send us final numbers and dietary needs in good time
