Mexican catering in Tickleback Row

How our Mexican catering works in Tickleback Row

Tacos are the heart of the menu: warmed tortillas, a choice of fillings, and salsas, guacamole and toppings to finish. Burritos, burrito bowls, loaded nachos and quesadillas can sit alongside them. It suits engagement and anniversary parties and garden get-togethers, with fresh salsas and guacamole, tacos and a build-your-own taco bar.

In a small place like Tickleback Row, events are usually in a garden, a field or a nearby hall. Country lanes, long drives and gates are fine if we know about them, and firm ground matters, especially after rain. Your quote sets out what’s included: the menu, the service time and any extras you choose.

Prices and what affects them

Pricing is straightforward once we know the basics:

  • Parking and the route in
  • The number of people
  • Whether you add a drinks bar or food
  • Plates, napkins and cutlery

Comparing caterers? Look at what each quote includes: service time, staff, plates and napkins, travel and VAT. Our quote sets out what’s included.

Getting an accurate quote

The more we know about your event, the better we can plan. Please include:

  • Gate widths, slopes and the ground
  • The venue or postcode
  • Roughly how many adults and children
  • Whether you’d like food, drinks or both

A detailed enquiry gets a more accurate quote: venue, timings, menu ideas and access. When you are ready, drop us a line using the enquiry form.

Space, access and the venue

If a space is not suitable, we’ll tell you, and suggest an alternative. The main points are:

  • Access wide and high enough to drive in, with gates and soft lawns checked first
  • Room for a serving table for the taco bar
  • Power and water, which we confirm with you for each booking

If you’re unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think.

Tacos

Street tacos are small, quick and full of flavour. They come with fresh salsas and toppings.

Quesadillas

A quesadilla is an easy favourite.

Planning for every diet

Most events have a mix of diets. To plan for them:

  • Tell us what other food is being served
  • Collect dietary needs when guests reply
  • Send allergy details to us in writing
  • Put guests with severe allergies in touch with us early

When service ends, we pack down and clear our area, leaving the space as we found it.

Burrito bowls are a good choice for anyone avoiding tortillas, and they’re easy to adapt for different diets.

The closest is Bracknell station, roughly 2.3 miles away.
