What happens on the day
On the day, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. At midsummer, it’s light in Camberwell until about 9:20pm, ideal for drinks outdoors. In late September it is dark around 7:05pm, and in December by about 3:55pm, so evening bars need lighting.
