How it works
When service finishes, we pack up and leave our area tidy. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. At midsummer, it’s light in Canada until about 9:25pm, so evening drinks can be served in daylight. In late September it is dark around 7:10pm, and in December by about 4:00pm, so evening bars need lighting.
