Prices and what affects them
Each event is quoted on its own, and the price depends on a few things:
- Staff for serving and the bar
- Travel, parking and access
- Your choice of food and drinks
- Whether you add a drinks bar or food
If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

- Whether you’d like food, drinks or both
- A picture of the space, if it’s a garden or field

Questions from Compton
Is Compton close to London?
It is about 53 miles from central London, and inside the area we cover.
We are having a ceremony at The Parish Church of St Mary: can you cater afterwards?
Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.
How much space do you need?
The main things are access and a level spot: a level spot to park, space for guests to queue and a little room for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a picture of the space and the way in.
Is there something for non-drinkers?
Every bar has alcohol-free choices, from aguas frescas to soft drinks.
Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
Of course. Vegetarian and vegan fillings, such as spiced mushrooms or black beans, can be part of the menu.
Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?
Yes. A build-your-own taco bar can be served from the truck or a serving station, with fillings, salsas, guacamole and toppings.
What’s on the menu?
Every menu is agreed with you. Fillings might include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. See our menu for ideas.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, gluten-free options are available, using corn tortillas. Tell us about any coeliac guests before the event so we can explain how we prepare their food. See are corn tortillas gluten-free?
