When we arrive, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. Service starts at the time we’ve agreed, so everything runs to your schedule. At midsummer, it’s light in Foreland Fields until about 9:20pm, so evening drinks can be served in daylight. By late September, sunset is about 7:10pm, and in December it’s dark by about 4:00pm, so plan lighting around the bar.
