About our Mexican party catering in Westerton
A build-your-own taco bar is ideal for a party: everyone builds their own tacos from the fillings and toppings, so everybody gets what they like. We serve a build-your-own taco bar, quesadillas and loaded nachos, which works well for naming days and christenings and street and neighbourhood parties.

How it works
On the day, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, planned around your event. A party in Westerton in late May has daylight until about 8:50pm. Once dusk falls, some garden lighting by the truck makes ordering easier.
- We start by checking your date and the space.
- You pick the fillings and extras.
- Power, water and access are agreed in advance.
- Service starts at the agreed time.
- We pack away and the party carries on.
How to prepare
- Let us know who to talk to on the day
- Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain
- Measure any gates or arches on the way in

How big an event can you cater?
Our truck and trailer service normally suits events of around 50 to 400 guests. Festivals can be bigger, and smaller parties are quoted case by case. Send us your numbers and we will advise.
Do you do margaritas?
Yes. Our drinks bar can be booked on its own or with food. We’ll check the licensing for alcohol with you.

Often, yes. We need a suitable spot outside and the venue’s permission.
Do you bring plates and cutlery?
Tell us what you need, and we will set out what we can do in the quote.
What affects the price in Westerton
Here’s what makes the biggest difference to the price:
- Serving staff
- What the venue already provides
- How long we’re needed on site
- Your choice of food and drinks
A food truck can be a practical alternative to plated catering, because it needs no venue kitchen. Ask us for a quote.
Details that help

- Diets and allergies you know about
- Where the event is
- Expected numbers
- Your menu ideas
Not sure what you need yet? That’s fine: tell us about the occasion and the guests, and we’ll make suggestions. When you’re ready, send us your details through our quote form.

DIY taco night or a caterer?
A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it is more work than it looks. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.
You can set up your own drinks table, but someone has to serve all evening. See our margarita bar guide.
