How it works

Once service is over, we pack up and leave our area tidy. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. A December market in Dockenfield loses the light at about 4:00pm, so a lit pitch helps visitors find the truck. By contrast, a midsummer fair stays light until about 9:20pm.

  1. Tell us about the event and pitch.
  2. We send our menu, needs and the documents you ask for.
  3. We set up in the agreed window.
  4. Orders are served from the hatch while the event runs.
  5. We pack down and tidy the pitch.

DIY taco night versus a caterer

A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles allergen information for you.

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.
