Taco bar hire near Chingford Mount
How we price taco bar hire
The price comes down to a few factors:
- What the venue already provides
- The length of service
- Food, drinks or both
- Staff for serving and the bar
Extra dishes, drinks and longer service are priced on request, so you choose what goes in.
What to tell us
You do not need every detail fixed to get a quote, but these help:
- Access for the truck or trailer, including gates and ground
- Expected numbers
- A picture of where we’d park
- The date and time of the event
Most quotes start with a few simple details: the date, where the event is, how many guests and any dietary needs. To send them, fill in our quote form.
Taco bar hire in Chingford Mount, served fresh
Mixed diets are simple at a taco bar, because every filling and topping sits in its own dish. We plan gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan choices, and corn tortillas suit gluten-free guests, plus allergen information for every dish. We serve burrito bowls, fresh salsas and pickled onions and toppings, and it suits family get-togethers and wedding breakfasts.
In Chingford Mount, a hired hall, a courtyard or a garden without drive access can still host a taco bar. The station can go where the truck can’t, as long as the venue agrees, and the route from our parking spot to the station needs to be clear. We will check the space, access and power with you before the day, so set-up goes smoothly.

Dietary needs and planning tips
Dietary needs are easy to plan for with a little notice. We suggest:
- Include a dietary question on your invitations
- Fit the bar into your running order
- Give us separate numbers for children
- Have tables and seats ready for guests to eat at
We arrive with time to unload and set the bar up before guests eat.
Ask us whether a second station would help with big numbers.
Chingford Mount: your questions answered
Could you serve our guests after a service at St Edmund's Church?
Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.
Is it possible to have you in The Highams Park?
Only with permission from whoever runs the park, often the council. Ask them first, and we will help with the information they need from us.
Do you stay to run the taco bar?
The taco bar is served from a table or station by our staff, so you don’t need helpers. We pack it away afterwards.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Our truck and trailer service normally suits events of around 50 to 400 guests. Smaller parties are quoted case by case, and festivals can be larger. Send us your numbers and we will advise.
Do you provide drinks?
Yes. The drinks bar can be added to food or booked on its own, with alcohol-free options such as aguas frescas. For alcohol, we will go through the licensing with you and your venue.
What if the weather’s bad?
We can serve from the hatch in the rain. Plan cover for guests, such as a marquee or gazebo, and tell us if heavy rain could make the ground soft.
Do you bring plates and cutlery?
That’s confirmed with each quote. Tell us whether your venue has crockery or you’d prefer disposables.
What do you need at the venue?
The main things are access and a level spot: a level spot to park, space for guests to queue and a little room for a serving table. Send us a picture and tell us about gates, slopes and soft ground.

Taco bar hire or something else?
A taco bar and a truck serve the same food in different ways. From the truck, we put each order together; at the taco bar, guests do the building. If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.
