Taco bar hire for your event in Hook End

With a taco bar, everything is laid out in one place: tortillas kept warm, fillings kept hot, and bowls of salsa, guacamole and toppings. Each guest takes a plate and fills it their way. It works well for engagement parties and summer garden parties, serving warm corn and flour tortillas, slow-cooked fillings kept hot and guacamole.

Near Hook End, a taco bar next to the truck in a field or garden works well. Tell us about gates, ground and the distance from the lane, and we confirm power and water arrangements before the day. Every guest is catered for, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free included, with allergen information for everything we serve.

How the day works

We need a level, firm spot we can drive the truck or trailer onto, with power and water arrangements agreed beforehand. A picture of the space helps. From late May to late September, sunset in Hook End moves from about 8:55pm to 7:10pm. Let us know if an outdoor station will run after dark, and we’ll talk about lighting.

  1. Start with your date, venue and guest numbers.
  2. Together we choose what goes on the bar.
  3. The venue confirms where the bar goes and where we park.
  4. On the day, guests help themselves while we keep the bar stocked.
  5. We clear the bar away after service.

Before we arrive

  • Measure any gates or arches on the way in
  • Let us know the timings for the day
