About our taco bar hire in Postcombe
We can serve the taco bar next to the truck or trailer, or as a separate station. If the truck can’t get to the spot, we park close by, unload and carry the bar in, as long as the venue agrees. It suits wedding meals and summer garden parties, with warm corn and flour tortillas, slow-cooked fillings kept hot and fresh salsas.
Near Postcombe, a taco bar next to the truck in a field or garden works well. Tell us about gates, ground and the distance from the lane, and we confirm power and water arrangements before the day. We turn up ready to serve, and tidy our own area afterwards.

Planning the serving area
The route in matters as much as the spot itself. We look for:
- Space for a serving table on level ground
- The venue’s agreement for the taco bar and our vehicle
- Details of power and water near the bar
Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly.
What we offer
- Two to four fillings
- Corn and flour tortillas
- Pickled onions and toppings
- Tortilla chips
- Vegan fillings
- Salsas and guacamole
How the day works
When service finishes, we pack up and leave our area tidy. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. In Postcombe, the sun sets at about 9:25pm in late June and about 7:10pm in late September, so a summer taco bar outside normally runs in daylight. For winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, plan good lighting over the station.
- Tell us the date, the venue, how many guests and any diets.
- We plan the fillings and toppings with you and quote for them.
- We agree where the table goes and where our vehicle can unload.
- On the day our staff lay out the bar and keep it stocked while guests build their tacos.
- After the last tacos, we clear the station away.
Before we arrive
- Name one person we can ask on the day
- Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely
- Let us know the timings for the day
