A serving table is laid with warm tortillas, hot fillings, salsas and toppings, and guests build their own tacos. Our staff keep it hot and topped up.

How it works
We arrive in good time before service, set up the truck or trailer and get everything ready. Guests come up to order when service opens. For winter events, dark by about 3:55pm, plan good lighting over the station.
