  • Roughly how many adults and children

Most quotes start with a few simple details: date, location, guest numbers and diets. To send them, tell us about it on our contact page.

How it works

When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. Service starts at the time we have agreed, planned around your event. In Martyr's Green, midsummer sunset is about 9:20pm, and by late September it is nearer 7:05pm, so evening tacos are generally served in daylight in high summer. Later in the year, plan lighting: in December it is dark by about 3:55pm.

  1. You send us your wedding date, venue, numbers and how you see the day.
  2. Together we choose a taco bar, evening food or both, and we send a quote.
  3. Timings and where the truck or trailer will stand are agreed with your venue.
  4. We arrive, set up and serve the food at the agreed times.
  5. After the last serving, we clear our area.

Martyr's Green: your questions answered

Is Martyr's Green close to London?

About 20 miles from central London, and we cover it.

Can you bring your truck or trailer to The Forest and the Highlands?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we’ll send what they need from us.

Do you need electricity?

Tell us what the site has, such as a supply from the venue near where we’ll park, and we’ll confirm what we need with your quote.

Can you serve drinks at our wedding?

Yes, we have a drinks bar, with bar staff serving your guests. Alcohol needs the right licence, so we’ll check that with you.

Do you come to Martyr's Green?

Yes. We cater across London and the South East, including Martyr's Green. To check your date, tell us about it on our contact page.

Is a taco bar smart enough for a wedding?

With good presentation, it feels like a celebration, and it suits a relaxed day.

Can you cater for guests who avoid dairy?

Yes, on request. Let us know your dairy-free numbers, and we will include them in the plan.

Can you do gluten-free food?

Yes, with corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but some fillings, sauces and toppings may not be, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

Catering for every guest

Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Here’s how:

  • Add your band and photographer to the numbers

  • Enquire early for summer Saturdays
