Wedding Mexican catering near Nash Lee

DIY taco night or a caterer?

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Read our guide to taco bars.

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: see how many tacos per person. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

Wedding Mexican catering in Nash Lee, from our truck or trailer

A food truck or trailer suits barns, marquees, gardens and venues with hardstanding, provided there’s safe access and level, firm ground. It works well for gatherings the day after a wedding and big weddings with every diet, serving fresh guacamole and salsas, loaded nachos and a taco bar for the wedding breakfast.

A wedding in a small place like Nash Lee often means a field, a barn or a family garden. That’s where a food truck comes into its own: no venue kitchen needed, just level, firm ground and a way in. Let us know about access, ground, power and water. Food and drinks can be booked together or separately, so the food and drinks can come from one caterer.
