Corporate Mexican catering in London Docklands, from our truck or trailer

Work events need food that feeds a crowd quickly, suits every diet and keeps people talking. Mexican street food from a truck or trailer does all three. Popular choices include burritos, quesadillas and burrito bowls, which works well for customer events and team lunches.

London work events in London Docklands often run to a tight lunch break, so we plan service to feed people fast. Tell us about building access, height barriers and loading bays, and whether we’ll need a parking suspension. We turn up ready to serve, and tidy our own area afterwards.

Questions from London Docklands

Which station should guests use for London Docklands?

Canary Wharf station, in London Docklands itself.

Can you bring your truck or trailer to Sir John McDougall Gardens?

Only with permission from whoever runs the park, often the council. Check with them, and we will provide what they ask for from us.

Do you do Christmas parties?

We can, in any season, as long as guests have somewhere warm and covered to eat.

Do you do a bar for work events?

Our drinks bar can be added. We will check the licensing with you.

Can you do gluten-free food?

We can, using corn tortillas. Corn is naturally gluten-free, though some sauces and toppings can contain gluten, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

Is the food suitable for children?

Of course. Mild dishes, quesadillas and nachos can be part of the menu. Tell us how many children are coming.

What food and drinks do you offer?

Mexican street food and drinks: tacos, taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. A drinks bar is available too, with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas.

Can you cater for all our staff’s diets?

We can. We plan vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options, with corn tortillas for gluten-free guests, plus allergen information for every dish.

Prices and what affects them

We quote for your event, and the price is based on:

  • Plates, napkins and cutlery
  • Timings and hours
  • Parking and the route in
  • Serving staff

Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. Even a simple menu can feel generous.

What we need to know

These details help us quote quickly:

  • A picture of the space, if it’s a garden or field
  • Approximate guest numbers, including children
  • The date and rough timings
  • Your menu ideas

Each quote is tailored to your event. Tell us your date and guest numbers, and we’ll confirm whether we’re available that day.

Diets, allergies and planning

Dietary needs are easy to plan for with a little notice. Our advice:

  • Find out what paperwork the venue needs
  • Collect dietary needs when people sign up
  • Send us totals for each diet and any serious allergies
  • Provide shade and seats outdoors

If timings change on the day, tell us and we will adapt.

Working with your venue

Booking for a company? Tell us what your finance team needs, and we will explain how it works. We can work with your facilities team on access and timings.

Organising a club, school or community event in London Docklands? Service from a truck or trailer is quick, even for a crowd, and the menu can suit most diets. Give us the details and we’ll suggest a plan.

Before you choose a spot

No two venues are the same, so we’ll ask about yours before we confirm. Generally, we look for:

  • Approval from your facilities team or building manager
  • A route in that is wide and tall enough, with soft ground checked in advance
  • The venue’s or landowner’s permission for a catering vehicle

In London Docklands, as everywhere in Greater London, the ULEZ applies and kerb space is limited. Where will the truck or trailer stop? A drive, a courtyard or a suspended bay can all work.

If you’re unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think before you book.
