Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in London Docklands
A food truck can make a colourful backdrop for photos, and guests like watching their food being served. For weddings in a marquee or garden and evening wedding food, we’ll put together a menu of loaded nachos, tacos and quesadillas.
For a wedding in London Docklands, a taco bar for the wedding breakfast or tacos as evening food can both work. Narrow streets mean we plan the arrival carefully, and a parking suspension may be needed at some venues. Your quote sets out what’s included: menu, timings and any add-ons.

Planning the serving area
Access is the first thing to check for a truck or trailer. We need:
- A sensible distance from buildings and neighbours
- A flat, firm spot where the truck or trailer can stand
- A serving point within easy walk of the reception
In London Docklands, as everywhere in Greater London, the ULEZ applies and kerb space is limited. Where will the truck or trailer stop? A drive, a courtyard or a suspended bay can all work.
If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we’ll advise before you book.
What we offer
- Taco bar wedding breakfast
- Nachos to share
- Margarita bar
- Guacamole and salsas
- Evening tacos
- Burritos and bowls
Questions from London Docklands
Can you cater a reception after a service at St Peter's Church?
Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.
Where would you park in London Docklands?
That depends on the street. A drive, a courtyard or a bay suspended by the council can all work, so tell us what’s outside your venue. The ULEZ covers all of Greater London.
Is a taco bar smart enough for a wedding?
It can be as relaxed or as polished as you like, depending on how it is served.
Do you provide drinks?
Yes, we do. Our drinks bar can be booked on its own or with food. For alcohol, we will go through the licensing with you and your venue.
Can you feed our photographer and band?
Of course. Add your suppliers to the final numbers.
How many guests can you serve?
Our truck and trailer service usually suits events of around 50 to 400 guests. Smaller parties are quoted case by case, and festivals can be larger. Send us your numbers and we will advise.
What if the timings change?
We plan for it. Food is served to order, so we can start when you’re ready, even if that moves.
What access do you need?
Access and level ground matter most: a level spot to park, space for guests to queue and a little room for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a picture of the space and the way in.

How the day works
A typical event goes like this: we arrive and set up, service opens at the agreed time, and we serve your guests fresh for the agreed time. A winter wedding in London Docklands gets dark early, at about 3:55pm in December, so the evening food will be served after dark. Festoon lights by the truck help guests see the menu.
- Tell us your date, venue and numbers.
