Mexican catering for Bury events

Catering for every guest

Every guest is catered for, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free included. To get it right:

  • Let us know about any other food at the event
  • Give us separate numbers for children
  • Confirm allergies by email before the event
  • Tell us about coeliac guests, not just gluten-free preferences

We work around your timings, and adapt if they move.

Ask about extra salsas and toppings for a bigger spread.

Mexican catering for your event in Bury

Our truck and trailer service tends to suit around 50 to 400 guests. Festivals can be bigger, and smaller parties are quoted case by case, so let us know how many you expect. For anniversaries and engagements and charity and school events, we’ll put together a menu of a build-your-own taco bar, fresh salsas and guacamole and burritos for your guests.

Somewhere like Bury, a field or garden is often the setting. Mention gates and soft ground when you contact us. You can book food, drinks or both, so the food and drinks can come from one caterer.

What we need at the venue

Plenty of outdoor spaces and venues work for us, but a few things matter:

  • A clear area in front of the hatch for a queue
  • Space for a taco-bar table if you’ve chosen one
  • A route in that is wide and tall enough, with soft ground checked in advance

If you’re unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think.

How the day works

When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We are ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. Planning an evening event in Bury? Sunset is around 8:50pm in late May, 9:20pm at midsummer and 7:05pm in late September. For anything running past sunset, think about lights near the hatch.

  1. You tell us the date, the venue, rough guest numbers and any dietary needs.
  2. We put together a menu around your guests and quote for it.
  3. Together we confirm where the truck or trailer will park, plus power and water.
  4. On the day, we set up and serve from the truck or trailer, or from a taco-bar station.
  5. After service, we clear away and leave the spot tidy.

How to compare caterers

DIY taco night or a caterer?

Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: see how many tacos per person. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

Working with your venue

For larger events, we plan serving points around your timings, so everyone is served promptly. Tell us how long you have for food and drinks.
