About our Mexican catering in The Village
Fillings are slow-cooked in advance and kept hot on site, while the salsas and guacamole are made fresh. Tortillas are warmed as we serve. It works well for staff parties and office lunches and family gatherings and christenings, with loaded nachos, tacos and burritos.
In a hamlet or village like The Village, your own garden or a neighbour’s field can make a good venue. Mention gates and soft ground when you get in touch. We serve from the hatch of our food truck or trailer, or from a serving station, and we plan the service around your numbers.

Events we cater in The Village
A food truck gives guests somewhere to gather, and people drift over as soon as service starts.
If you’re planning any of these, we can help:
- Birthday parties
- Garden get-togethers
- Fairs and festivals
- Family celebrations
Nearby historic houses include St Leonard's Hill (1.7 miles north) and Frogmore House (2.8 miles north-east). Venues like these often limit where vehicles can go, so ask about access before booking one.
Questions to ask before booking
- Travel and parking costs
- How long the service runs
- How each diet is kept separate
- The caterer’s food hygiene rating
Can I do a taco night myself?
You can set up your own drinks table, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. Our margarita bar guide has tips.
Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.
What we need at the venue
If a space isn’t suitable, we will tell you. The main points are:

- Some distance from houses and neighbours
- Agreement from the venue to bring a food truck or trailer on site
Not sure about your space? Send us a picture and we’ll tell you honestly before booking.
