Mexican bar hire for Broomer's Corner events

What Mexican bar hire costs

Your quote will be clear. The main things that affect it are:

  • How long we’re needed on site
  • Parking and the route in
  • How many staff you need
  • Guest numbers

Pricing depends on the event. A short lunch service for a team is a different job from a full wedding day. Your quote sets it all out.

Details that help

To speed things up, tell us:

  • Roughly how many adults and children
  • A picture of the space, if it is a garden or field
  • The date and rough timings
  • Your menu ideas

Still deciding on the menu? No problem: give us the basics about your event, and we will make suggestions. To start, send a quick message through our quote form.

How it works

The truck or trailer tends to draw a crowd, so we will help you choose a spot with room for a queue. Rain doesn’t typically stop us serving, though guests will want somewhere covered to stand or sit. At midsummer, it is light in Broomer's Corner until about 9:20pm, so evening drinks can be served in daylight. In late September it is dark around 7:05pm, and in December by about 3:55pm, so evening bars need lighting.

  1. We check availability.
  2. You get a suggested drinks list.
  3. We agree where the bar goes.
  4. The bar opens at the agreed time.
  5. When the bar shuts, we clear away.

Before we arrive

  • Name one person we can ask on the day
  • Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain
  • Have level hardstanding or firm ground ready

Planning help

Why choose Mexican bar hire in Broomer's Corner?

A self-service drinks table is simple but can run dry or go warm. A staffed bar keeps everything under control. The cost per head can fall as numbers rise, since the set-up is much the same either way. Give us your numbers and we will quote.

Why book with us

  • Allergen-aware menus
  • Service planned around your numbers
  • Access, space and power checked in advance
  • Tacos, burritos and a drinks bar

Broomer's Corner questions

We are having a ceremony at St Mary's Mission Church: can you cater afterwards?

Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. Service would be at the reception venue, not the church. Tell us where the reception will be.

Which station is closest to Broomer's Corner?

The closest is Billingshurst station, roughly 3.4 miles away.

How long are you on site?

It depends on your event. Timings are agreed in advance to suit your day.

Do you bring plates and cutlery?

We confirm that with your quote. Tell us whether your venue has crockery or you’d prefer disposables.

Is the food made fresh?

Food is cooked to order in our food truck or trailer, or served from a build-your-own taco bar. Slow-cooked fillings are prepared in advance and kept hot on site.

Can you run a bar?

Yes, we offer a Mexican drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Your venue or event may need the right licence for alcohol, so we’ll go through the licensing with you.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Of course. Vegetarian and vegan fillings, such as spiced mushrooms or black beans, can be part of the menu.

Can children have drinks from the bar?

Every bar has alcohol-free choices, from aguas frescas to soft drinks.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

Some hosts like to do it themselves. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.
