Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. Winter receptions in The Mint are dark by about 4:00pm in December, so plan where guests will gather, and how it will be lit. At midsummer, by contrast, sunset is around 9:20pm.
