About Mexican catering in N1P
We bring our food truck or trailer to events in and around N1P: gardens, fields, yards and venues with hardstanding, wherever we can get in safely. On the menu are a build-your-own taco bar, loaded nachos and burritos, and it suits summer garden parties and charity and school events.
When we arrive, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule.
- Send us your date, numbers and venue.
- Together we plan a menu around your guests’ diets.
- We check the route in and where the truck or trailer will stand.
- Food is served from the hatch or a taco-bar table.
- After the last serving, we clear our area.
Pricing in N1P

Mexican catering across N1P: what to know
Across N1P, we cater in 4 towns and 0 villages and hamlets, so the setting can be anything from Hoxton, Angel and Pentonville to a quiet hamlet: access, level ground and a clear plan.
Hoxton: The A1200 and A1208 run on or near Hoxton, so the drive in with the truck or trailer is a simple one. Nearby historic houses include Mansion House (1.4 miles south) and Dr Johnson's House (1.6 miles south-west). If your event is at a historic house or estate, check its rules on outside caterers and vehicles early. Daylight in Hoxton runs to about 8:50pm in late May and 7:05pm in late September. If your event carries on later, tell us what lighting the venue has.
What we need at the venue
If a space is not suitable, we will tell you. What matters most:
- A route in that is wide and tall enough, with soft ground checked in advance
- A spot away from buildings, windows and neighbours
- Permission from the venue or landowner
Planning for every diet
Every guest is catered for, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free included. To get it right:
- Tell us what other food is being served
- Collect dietary needs when guests reply
- Put guests with severe allergies in touch with us early
- Ask the venue whether food trucks are allowed
Food is served from the hatch, order by order, so everything goes out hot.
Burrito bowls suit guests who’d rather skip the tortilla.
Can I do a taco night myself?
For a small group, a taco night at home can work well. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, and handles allergen information for you.
A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it is more work than it looks. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.
For planners, venues and organisers
Planning an event for a club, school or charity in N1P? A truck or trailer serves a crowd quickly, with options for most diets. Tell us about the event and we’ll suggest a menu.
If your event is in a public space, such as a park, check what permission you need first. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.

Questions from N1P
What space do you need?
Level, firm ground, access for the truck or trailer and the venue’s agreement. Power and water are confirmed with each booking.
How big an event can you cater?
Our truck and trailer service generally suits events of around 50 to 400 guests. Festivals can be bigger, and smaller parties are quoted case by case. Tell us your numbers.
Can you keep it mild?
The food can be kept mild, with hotter salsas on the side for anyone who wants more heat.
What areas do you cover?
We cater across London and the South East, Greater London included. See all areas.
Do you provide allergen information for each dish?
We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, with allergen information for every dish. We keep options separate, but we can’t promise anything is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the event.
Can you cater for guests who avoid dairy?
Yes, on request. Let us know your dairy-free numbers, and we’ll plan the menu around them.
What happens if it rains?
We can keep serving from the truck or trailer in the rain, but your guests will want somewhere covered, such as a marquee, gazebo or nearby building.
