Taco bar hire for Lisson Grove events
Taco bar hire in Lisson Grove, from our truck or trailer
A taco bar puts the whole spread on one table: warm tortillas, hot fillings, salsas, guacamole and toppings. Guests pick up a plate and build their own. At engagement parties and christenings and family parties, we can serve guacamole, pickled onions and toppings and slow-cooked fillings kept hot.
In a London neighbourhood like Lisson Grove, a taco bar is handy when the truck cannot reach the garden or the room. Our staff set up a serving station on a table, and guests build their own tacos. We still need to park and unload close by, so tell us about loading bays, permits or a parking suspension. Like all of Greater London, Lisson Grove is inside the ULEZ. We prepare everything fresh for your event and serve it straight from our food truck or trailer.

For event organisers in Lisson Grove
Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: vehicle access, arrival times and documents. Send us your venue’s requirements and we’ll follow them.
Booking for a company? Tell us what your finance team needs, and we will explain how it works. We can work with your facilities team on access and timings.
Dietary needs and planning tips
Nearly every event has some special diets. To cater well for them:
- Tell us how many children are coming
- Put guests with serious allergies in touch with us early
- Include a dietary question on your invitations
- Ask the venue where we can park to unload
If the schedule slips, tell us and we will hold everything hot until you’re ready.
For larger groups, ask about a second serving point, quoted for your event.
Can I do a taco night myself?
Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.
Not sure whether to do it yourself or book a caterer? Consider your numbers, your guests’ diets and your own time. Ask us for a quote and compare.
Comparing your options
Next to a hog roast or carvery, a taco bar handles vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests without separate plates. The price depends on guest numbers, the menu and how long you’d like us to serve, plus any add-ons and the location. We quote for each event individually.
Why us?
- Allergen-aware menus
- Fast service, even with a queue
- A menu built around your guests
- Every guest catered for, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free included

How it works
The truck or trailer needs a level, firm spot with access to drive in, and we agree power and water arrangements before the day. A picture of the space helps. A December taco bar in Lisson Grove will be in the dark from about 3:55pm, so an indoor spot or a well-lit station works best. At midsummer, by contrast, daylight lasts until about 9:20pm.
- Contact us with your date and headcount.
- We plan fillings and toppings around your guests’ diets.
- We fix timings with you and the venue.
- Service starts when your running order says.
- Once service is over, we pack away.
Before we arrive
- Check gates and access routes are wide and high enough
- Confirm the venue allows outside caterers
- Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain

Hot fillings
A few fillings give guests plenty of choice, with at least one vegan. You choose them with us.
Guacamole
Guacamole goes quickly on a taco bar, so we keep it topped up.
How we price taco bar hire
The price comes down to a few factors:
- Distance and access to the venue
- Your choice of food and drinks
- Staff for serving and the bar
- Plates, napkins and cutlery
If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. Even a simple menu can feel generous.
What to tell us
We can quote more accurately with a few details. Here’s what to include:
- The date and rough timings
- A picture of where we’d park
- Approximate guest numbers, including children
- How we drive in and where we can park
Not sure what you need yet? No problem: give us the basics about your event, and we will suggest a menu. When you’re ready, drop us a line using the enquiry form.
Lisson Grove: your questions answered
Is it possible to have you in Regent's Park?
It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.
Which station is closest to Lisson Grove?
Lisson Grove has its own station: London Marylebone station.
Where do you cater?
We cater across London and the South East, Greater London included. See all areas.
How spicy is the food?
It’s up to you: we can keep it mild and put the hotter salsas on the side.
Who clears up?
We pack down and leave our area tidy. Let us know the venue’s rules on waste and we will talk it through.
Is a taco bar right for a wedding?
It can serve the wedding meal, the evening or both. Timings are agreed with you and your venue, and guests build their own plates.
What do you need at the venue?
The main things are access and a level spot: a level spot to park, space for guests to queue and a little room for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a picture of the space and the way in.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, and we plan them in from the start. Tell us your numbers when you ask for a quote, and we will keep their options separate.
