Taco bar hire in Osidge, served fresh

Add burrito bowls, loaded nachos or quesadillas if you’d like more choice. Our drinks bar can be booked with it too. For leaving and retirement parties and wedding day food, we can serve fresh salsas, slow-cooked fillings kept hot and a build-your-own taco bar for your guests.

London gardens are often reached only through the house, and many venues in Osidge have no vehicle access to the room. A taco bar station can be set up away from the truck, with the venue’s agreement, and the route from our parking spot to the station needs to be clear. Access, space and power are agreed with you beforehand, so set-up goes smoothly.

Questions from Osidge

Where would you park in Osidge?

It can be tricky, so tell us about parking bays, permits or a driveway. Some streets may need a parking suspension from the council, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ.

Could you serve in Oak Hill Park?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we will send what they need from us.

Do you clear up afterwards?

We pack down and tidy our own area after service. For anything beyond that, such as guests’ tables, ask us.

What areas do you cover?

London and South East England: Greater London, Kent and Medway, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, including Osidge.

What does taco bar hire cost?

It depends on guest numbers, the menu, the length of service and the location. Contact us for a quote.

How far ahead should we book?

The sooner the better. Popular dates go first, so contact us early.

Can you cater for children?

Yes, children are easy to plan for. Tell us how many and roughly how old, and we’ll plan the menu with them in mind.

How much is a taco bar?

Every taco bar is quoted for individually, depending on guests, menu, venue and timings. For a price, drop us a line using the enquiry form.

DIY taco night versus a caterer

A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it’s more work than it looks. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.

Weighing up a DIY taco night against a caterer? Consider your numbers, your guests’ diets and your own time. Ask us for a quote and compare.

Step by step

We take care of everything you’ve booked, from set-up to service, so you can spend time with your guests. Around midsummer it stays light in Osidge until about 9:20pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:05pm, so an outdoor taco bar in summer is normally served in daylight. In December it is dark by about 3:55pm, so guests will need light to see the fillings and toppings.

  1. Share a few details about the event.
  2. We send a sample spread and a quote.
  3. We check power, water and access with your venue.
  4. We arrive, unload and lay out warm tortillas, fillings and toppings.
  5. Afterwards, we pack down and leave the area tidy.

Getting ready for the day

  • Measure any gates or arches on the way in
  • Confirm numbers and diets before the day
  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer

For planners, venues and organisers

Planners and coordinators can contact us directly, and we will keep you updated on timings and set-up.

Why choose taco bar hire in Osidge?

Pizza is a safe choice, but a taco bar gives guests more say over what they eat. The price depends on guest numbers, the menu and how long you’d like us to serve, along with extras and where your event is. We quote for each event individually.

Why book with us

  • Tacos, burritos and a drinks bar
  • A menu agreed with you
  • We cover Osidge and the whole of Greater London
  • Menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests

Read our prices page and our guide to catering costs.

Dietary needs and planning tips

Mixed diets are straightforward to plan for, because options can be kept separate. Here are a few tips for planning:

  • Confirm any allergies to us by email
  • Make sure guests have somewhere to sit
  • Plan the taco bar around speeches and timings
  • Tell us how many children are coming

We get there early enough to unload, lay out the table and heat everything through.

A wider range of salsas suits guests who like it mild and those who like it hot.

  • Served from our truck or trailer at your venue, garden or event
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with allergen information
  • Tacos and taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas
  • Mexican drinks bar: margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas
