Taco bar hire in Stonebridge
About our taco bar hire in Stonebridge
The bar can stand beside our truck or trailer, or on its own. Where a vehicle cannot reach the serving spot, we unload nearby and set the table up there, as long as the venue agrees. At engagement and anniversary parties and leaving dos, we’ll put together a menu of slow-cooked fillings kept hot, guacamole and pickled onions and toppings.
In Stonebridge, a hired hall, a courtyard or a garden without drive access can still host a taco bar. A taco bar station can be set up away from the truck, with the venue’s agreement, and we need a short, clear route from where we unload. We’ll check the space, access and power with you before the day, so there are no surprises on arrival.

How we price taco bar hire
We will give you a clear quote. What affects it most:
- The number of people
- Travel, parking and access
- Plates, napkins and cutlery
- Serving staff
If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu that fits. Even a simple menu can feel generous.
Details that help
You do not need every detail fixed to get a quote, but these help:
- Approximate guest numbers, including children
- Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers
- Your date and when you want service to start
- What power and water the site has
Most quotes start with a few simple details: the date, where the event is, how many guests and any dietary needs. To send them, send a quick message through our quote form.
Catering for every guest
Mixed diets are straightforward to plan for, because guests can choose what suits them. Here are a few tips for planning:
- Tell us about coeliac guests specifically
- Send us allergy details in writing
- Have anyone with a severe allergy speak to us first
- Check where our vehicle can unload
We warm tortillas in batches and keep the fillings hot.
Our drinks bar can sit alongside the taco bar with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas, with licensing checked with you.
DIY taco night or a caterer?
Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.
Running your own drinks table is one option, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. Our margarita bar guide has tips.
How it compares
A plated wedding breakfast needs a kitchen, waiting staff and fixed courses. A taco bar needs a serving spot, somewhere close to unload and the venue’s agreement, and power and water are confirmed with each booking. Catering from a truck or trailer can be a practical alternative to a sit-down meal, as there is no kitchen to hire. Contact us for a quote to compare.

Common questions in Stonebridge
Which station should guests use for Stonebridge?
Guests can use Harlesden station, which is right in Stonebridge.
Could you serve our guests after a service at Saint Michael and All Angels?
Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.
How much is a taco bar?
There’s no price list, because no two events are the same. Send us your details and we will quote for your event. Our guide to Mexican catering costs may help.
Who clears up?
We pack down and leave our area tidy. Let us know the venue’s rules on waste and we will confirm the arrangements with your quote.
How much space do you need?
The main things are access and a level spot: a firm spot for the truck or trailer, room for a queue and, for a taco bar, space for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a picture of the space and the way in.
When do you arrive?
We get there well before service to set up. The length of service is agreed when you book.
How is the food prepared?
We slow-cook fillings ahead, then finish them and keep them hot at your event. Tortillas are warmed on site, and salsas and guacamole are made fresh.
Do you provide drinks?
Yes. The drinks bar can be added to food or booked on its own. We will check the licensing for alcohol with you.
