Taco bar hire near Warden

How our taco bar hire works in Warden

Truck and trailer bookings usually suit around 50 to 400 guests, while smaller parties are quoted case by case. Tell us your numbers and we will plan the taco bar around them. We serve guacamole, pickled onions and toppings and a build-your-own taco bar, and it’s a good fit for garden parties and engagement parties.

Near Warden, a taco bar next to the truck in a field or garden works well. Let us know about the gate, the ground and the route in, and we confirm power and water arrangements before the day. We prepare everything fresh for your event and serve it straight from our food truck or trailer, so guests get it at its best.

For planners, venues and organisers

For larger events, we plan serving points around your timings, so everyone is served promptly. Let us know how long the break is.

If you are booking for a business, tell us what your finance team needs, and we will explain how it works. We can work with your facilities team on access and timings.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

Weighing up a DIY taco night against a caterer? Consider your numbers, your guests’ diets and your own time. Ask us for a quote and compare.

You can set up your own drinks table, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. See our margarita bar guide.

Step by step

It is a relaxed, well-organised set-up. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, get the serving area ready, and get on with serving. Evenings in Warden stay light until about 9:15pm in June, but by late September sunset is around 7:00pm. Once it gets dark, guests need to see what they’re adding to their tacos.

  1. Send us your date, where the taco bar will go, numbers and dietary needs.
  2. We suggest fillings, salsas and toppings for the bar and send a quote.
  3. Together we fix the spot for the taco bar and a nearby place for our vehicle.
  4. Our staff set up the station, keep the fillings hot and top up the bar through service.
  5. Once guests have eaten, we take down the bar and leave the spot tidy.

How it compares

Compared with a hog roast or carvery, a taco bar handles vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests without separate plates. The cost per head can fall as numbers rise, since the set-up is much the same either way. Give us your numbers and we’ll quote.

Why book with us

  • A menu agreed with you
  • A clear quote
  • Service planned around your numbers
  • Every guest catered for, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free included

See our prices page or our guide to catering costs.

Common questions in Warden

Do you come out to small places like Warden?

Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.

Do you set up taco bars indoors in places like Warden?

We can, as long as the venue agrees. The station needs room for a queue, and we need to park and unload close to the door.

How soon do we need to book?

As early as you can, especially for summer weekends. Ask about your date even if it’s soon.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, with corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but some fillings, sauces and toppings may not be, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

Do you cover Warden?

Yes, we do. Warden is one of the places we cover. Tell us your date and we will check availability.

Do you do margaritas?

Yes, we do. Our drinks bar can be booked on its own or with food. For alcohol, we’ll check the licensing with you and your venue.

What do you serve?

Mexican street food: tacos, taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas, plus salsas, guacamole and toppings. A drinks bar is available too, with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas.

Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?

Yes, a taco bar is one of the ways we serve. Let us know your numbers and space and we will recommend how to serve.

  • The venue or postcode
  • Gate widths, slopes and the ground
  • A photo of the space, if it’s a garden or field

  • A short, clear path for carrying the bar in

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise.
