Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in Ashurst
Evening food needs to be quick and filling, and tacos or loaded nachos from our food truck or trailer fit the bill. For parties after a register office wedding and food for evening guests, we can serve quesadillas, a taco bar for the wedding breakfast and loaded nachos and more.
Rural weddings around Ashurst have a charm of their own, and tacos served from a truck in a field add to it. Plan access, ground and cover in case of rain. Guests are served from our food truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan the service around your numbers.
DIY taco night or a caterer?
Some hosts like to do it themselves. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.
Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. With a caterer, you get the food and drinks without the work.

How it works
On the day, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, planned around your event. In Ashurst, midsummer sunset is about 9:25pm, and by late September it is nearer 7:10pm, so evening tacos are usually served in daylight in high summer. Later in the year, plan lighting: in December it is dark by about 4:00pm.

Will you travel to a small place like Ashurst?
Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.

We confirm that with your quote. Let us know what the venue supplies.
Can you serve drinks at our wedding?
You can add our drinks bar, with bar staff serving your guests. Alcohol needs the right licence, so we will check that with you.

Mexican street food and drinks: tacos, taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. We also run a Mexican drinks bar.
What does wedding Mexican catering cost?

How long are you on site?
It depends on your event. Timings are agreed in advance so everything fits your schedule.
