Wedding Mexican catering in Creekmouth, served fresh
We plan the wedding menu with you, perhaps with fillings such as carnitas, chicken tinga or birria, alongside vegan choices like black beans or spiced mushrooms. On the menu are quesadillas, evening tacos and burrito bowls, and it suits barn and farm weddings and receptions after an intimate ceremony.
For a wedding in Creekmouth, a taco bar for the wedding breakfast or tacos as evening food can both work. Narrow streets mean we plan the arrival carefully, and a parking suspension may be needed at some venues. Creekmouth questions
Can you cater a reception after a service at Christ Church?
Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.
Could you serve in Abbey Wood Park?
Only with permission from whoever runs the park, often the council. Ask them first, and we’ll help with the information they need from us.
Do you need power and water?
Tell us what the site has, such as a supply from the venue near where we’ll park, and we will confirm the arrangements with your quote.
How long are you on site?
It depends on your event. We agree arrival, service and pack-down times with you so everything fits your schedule.
How much space do you need?
A level, firm spot for the truck or trailer, with access wide and high enough to drive in, and the venue’s agreement. Power and water arrangements are confirmed with each booking.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, especially for summer weekends. Even if it is short notice, it is worth asking.
Can you cater for vegans and gluten-free guests?
Yes. We plan gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options, with corn tortillas for gluten-free guests, and we give allergen information for every dish.
Do you provide allergen information for each dish?
Yes. Tell us about allergies when you book. UK law requires caterers to provide information on 14 allergens, and we do that for every dish (Food Standards Agency guidance). For severe allergies, please talk to us first.
Planning for every diet
Nearly every event has some special diets. To plan for them:
- Confirm the venue’s catering rules early
- Ask about your date as soon as you have one
- Include suppliers who need feeding
- Connect us with your coordinator
We serve evening food when the running order says, often after the first dance.
Extra salsas and toppings make the taco bar look generous.
Working with your venue
Planners and coordinators can contact us directly, and we’ll keep everyone informed on the day.
Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: where vehicles can park, access times and the paperwork they need. Send us your venue’s requirements and we’ll follow them.
Comparing your options
Hog roasts are popular but tricky for mixed diets. Tacos cover them with separate fillings. Pricing depends on the event. A simple party menu and a full wedding day are very different jobs. Your quote sets it all out.
Why book with us
- Everything served fresh from the hatch
- Service planned around your numbers
- Allergen-aware menus
- A menu built around your guests

Can I do a taco night myself?
A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, with allergen information for every dish.
Some hosts like to do it themselves. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.
Step by step
Serving is quick: guests are served at the hatch or a serving station, so even a long queue moves. Afterwards we clear our area. In Creekmouth, midsummer sunset is about 9:20pm, and by late September it’s nearer 7:05pm, so evening tacos are usually served in daylight in high summer. Later in the year, plan lighting: in December it’s dark by about 3:50pm.
- First, we check availability for your date.
- You choose the fillings, sides and extras.
- We confirm access and the serving spot with your coordinator.
- Guests build their tacos at the taco bar or order at the hatch.
- After serving, we clear away.
How to prepare
- Tell us about narrow gates or low branches
- Get the venue’s permission for us to park and serve
- Tell us when you want service to start
